Positive points: clean and comfortable. close to the city center only 5 minutes with grab
Negative points: i used foreign credit card for payment and it shows both rupiah and dollar amount in invoice, which is normal. but it confused the staff so she had to check it with accounting team which took long time. she should have known and been trained about this stuff
Review: I attended here for 3 nights. The room is very clean and tidy. There is nothing that makes the experience of staying at this hotel uncomfortable. The location is strategic and what is certain is that by staying here, your savings will remain safe.

Review: My concern when choosing a hotel from my last trip was comfortable to sleep in, good AC, and a clean bathroom with a hot shower. I got all these facilities and ask housekeeping for an additional hair dryer (without additional charge). All good conditions and my concern has reported to the staff when I checking out from the hotel.
