Review: I am staying in family room number 2. The room is on a steel floor and there is no distance to room 3, so the soundproofing is poor even a footstep from the next room can be heard. The bathroom floor is slippery and can cause falling, and the floor doesn't have a mat or towel, so stepping out of the shower makes the room wet. Coming in from outside also makes the room wet. When I checked in, the toilet hadn't been cleaned (which feels bad). The bunk bed room is too hot because the air conditioning is insufficient during the afternoon. The room experience is unsatisfactory. The pool is too deep and not suitable for the majority.... this is feedback for you to improve, not to complain. The landscape is good.... breakfast is well-prepared and deserves a 10 out of 10. Regarding the air freshener spray, the original price is 19k, but you combined 2 bottles into 1 for 48k however, the payment is 48k for 1 bottle, not 2. There are many misunderstandings like the images on the booking website...

Review: Dak Nong is great for tourism, the hotels have beautiful views, but there is a hotel that is not located in the center of Gia Nghia, so it's a bit far from entertainment spots.

Review: - The location has a lake view, quite beautiful both during the day and at night.n- The manager is very polite and professional, however, the rest of the staff's demeanor is not really professional yet. It was cold so I asked for an extra blanket and received support immediately. However, when I made a reservation for dinner, they only arranged the tables when it was time to serve. (Part of the reason is that this place serves both hotel guests and visitors who come to enjoy the scenery and coffee, so they haven't properly arranged things.)n- The facilities are quite okay, however, the room is not equipped with a television. The bathroom design has poor drainage and is a bit flooded, and there is no mat outside causing a slightly uncomfortable feeling.n- The voltage is unstable and overloaded.n- I had dinner right here, and in my opinion, the taste of the food is quite good, acceptable. With the price for someone from Saigon like me, it isn't too high, however, if the price were to decrease by about 15%, it might be more appropriate.

Review: I went on the first day of Tet, the scenery was super beautiful but the weather was too cold, at 14 degrees, at night sleeping in the Doom with only a thin blanket, it was bone-chilling cold. Luckily, I brought a blanket with me, so each of us had one otherwise, we would have been freezing. The wooden rooms had much thicker and warmer blankets.
