Positive points: We have had an amazing time with Erina Cruise and we would like to thank Catherine for giving us so much of helping hand in the arrangement of shuttles to Halong bay, special transfer to the airport via speedboat and private car. Besides, we also wish to thank the crews, especially customer service Kim and Luna for the guide and help throughout our stay in the cruise.

Positive points: The cruise was clean and orderly. The activities were well prepared. Staff ensured that everyone was reminded of activities. There activities were not mandatory. Andrew, our server, made sure that our needs were met during meals. The room has one of the most amazing views. The balcony was very sweet and comfortable.

Review: The rooms and everything is just like the photos. I wanted a laid back experience for my anniversary and this was perfect. The activities and all are also good.
Being in Lan Ha bay, it didn't feel overcrowded like what I had heard about Ha Long bay.

From the moment we boarded, Sophie was nothing short of amazing — attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She anticipated our every need, from personalized drinks upon arrival to arranging the most memorable excursions, always with a warm smile and impeccable professionalism.

The cruise itself was stunning, offering unparalleled views of Lan Ha Bay's emerald waters and towering limestone cliffs. Our cabin was spacious and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re lounging on the deck or enjoying a beautifully prepared meal in the restaurant, every detail of the journey was designed for ultimate comfort and luxury.

But what really set the Erina Cruise apart was Sophie. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered throughout our stay. Whether it was recommending the best spots for photos, or simply checking in to make sure we were having the best time, her personal touch made all the difference.

We cannot recommend this cruise enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Sophie as your butler. Her exceptional service made this an unforgettable experience!

Review: We wouldn’t do a floating all inclusive again. It was very expensive and you had to pay extra for any drink - even soda.
The boat was amazing and the staff was fantastic! So if you have your heart set on it - then this cruise is a great choice. If I were to do it again I would get a hotel and take a couple day trips.

Positive points: The entire staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They worked very hard to make sure we had the best time. We especially loved Kim and Sam. They went above and beyond our expectations to see that we enjoyed our experience.

Review: I was apprehensive about splurging on the cruise, but the overall experience turned out to be one of the best in Vietnam. While the cruise itself is great with all amenities and facilities (hot pool, etc.), and many activities are planned throughout the trip duration, it’s the staff and attention to detail which I am particularly impressed by. We are vegetarian, and the staff member (particular Lucy, many thanks for her) went beyond to ensure we got a full course of veg dishes in all the meals - I was definitely not expecting such a variety of tasty vegetarian dishes on a cruise in Vietnam.
