Review: Oh, very clean and fragrant, the owner is gentle, enthusiastic, and very lovely, everyone.

Positive points: The room was as described, nothing special but no bad surprises.nAmazing wagyu restaurant 1 minute walk away.

Negative points: You enter the place and it looks like a garage full of scooters. There's a small room that looks like a reception but the receptionist is never there and we had to wait like 5 minutes when we arrived, unsure whether we are in the right place.nEven afterwards, whatever we needed we had to solve ourselves because we could never find anyone.nShe was even supposed to give us some change from the payment and she never came and we had to look for her and ask the next day.nnAlso as others have said the construction noise is awful and never stops.nnThe location is ok but keep in mind you can't go to most attractions by foot. Most tours will also not pick you up from this location, they only serve old quarters.

Review: The room is beautiful, has a window, is private, clean, and the owner of Era is very enthusiastic and nice (even though we called when she was sleeping, she was very helpful). The manager was very flexible with us regarding the room booking that day I intended to book for 8:00 am but didn't pay attention to 1:00 pm, and the manager and the entire building staff were very kind, allowing us to use the room in the morning. The room is beautiful and equipped. Thank you very much!

Positive points: The apartment and staff are brilliant and I hate to leave a bad review it’s just the construction noise is unbearable at this moment. Really good people who own it though so inquire with them before about the construction. If it wasn’t for the noise I’d rate it a 8.5/10

Negative points: Hate hate hated the construction noise. It would start everyday at 6am and onto 5pm not letting you relax at all so it was pointless to stay here during this time, in my opinion

Positive points: The location is excellent. The reception lady is incredibly friendly and helpful. The small kitchen stove allows you to cook a light meal, which is valuable for the price. There's also motorcycle parking and a large fridge.

Negative points: Construction noise of neighbors...

Review: Mình book được phòng với giá gần 400k, bước vào phòng mà sốc vì quá rộng, kiểu căn hộ 1n1k. Nhưng điểm trừ là phòng tầng 201 ko có tivi, ko có máy sấy tóc, khăn tắm chỉ có 1 cái, phòng ngủ ko cách âm tốt rất ồn vào buổi sáng, ko biết do bình nước nóng ko biết bật ở chỗ nào hay là bình nhỏ mà đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Nói chung vẫn ổn sẽ quay lại
