Review: Big TV, Good AC, Nice Bed Pillows and Blankets, just a walk away from Citywalk, Starbucks, Farmer's Market, Restaurants etc.. nOne of the Best in Lippo Cikarang..n
Positive points: Because of industrial development international gusset are planning for business purpose. i came from India & i am 100 % vegetarian so I am not getting proper food for me. plz plan it as per international std.
Review: I just stayed here 1 night, room is lumayan clean but still have dust on table. it was small problem, worse thing is that toilet door cannot close, my son mamy times come into toilet it was tired .
Positive points: Location is superb
Negative points: Sometimes I hear it is so noisy from another room, it means the rooms need sound proof material to reduce that..
Review: The hotel is good for short trip stay, perfect location, near the shopping mall, restaurants and entertainment areas
Positive points: Location easy to find and near shopping center. Also reception can accept delivery from outside hotel. WIFI connected well even though everyday we need to login wifi. Food option not bad, not much meat option for breakfast.
Negative points: Towel smell weird, maybe not dry completely and cleanliness was a bit......rnWhen I first check in there was hair and condom wrap in the floor but housekeeping team directly come and clean it after I've called. On the 2nd and 3rd day I still find hair in the floor and bed (short black hair not mine).rnCard key can not easily open the door, both elevator and room, need time and try couple times first before can connect with system.

Positive points: - The location is superb,across citiwalk lippo where you can hang out woth your friends or just spend some nice afternoon. Surrounded by many wastern restaurant such as McD, richeese factory,and others just in walk distancesnn- Sparkly clean in your room including the bathroom,you'll just admit it that it's very rare to find nowaday.nn- They have onsen for you to relaxing at night. Woohooo...nn- Friendly and smiley front office staff.nn- Affordable and worthy price.nn- Quite and calm environment because it's not located exactly in the main road.
Negative points: - Some of front office staff seems not so friendly and smiley, and also the security.
Review: Very near to Industrial park and near to hotel there are many Japanese Restuarant
Positive points: Room is clean and the hotel location is superb. Onsen is available at 10th floor (Male Only). However, there was no instruction from the property management requiring the users to shower before dipping into the Onsen which I am quite concerned due to cleanliness and health issue especially after COVID 19 pandemic.rnrnSuggestion: The Hotel Management should add the requirement for the Onsen user to shower/clean up prior utilizing it for hygiene reasons.rnrnStarbucks and McDonalds are just around the corner (1 mins walking distance). Super convenience.rnStarbucks opens from 7am.
