ZAO Hotel Firework & Sea View

Positive points: I had a wonderful stay at ZAO and truly hope more people discover this hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its subtle fragrance, and thoughtful cultural details. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. My room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and offered a perfect view to watch fireworks from the balcony. The breakfast was also excellent. With its great location and outstanding hospitality, I would definitely stay at ZAO again when visiting Phu Quoc.

Positive points: Good location, you can watch fireworks from your rooms. The lady in the reception was very nice and provided us with a free ride to explore the city. The design of the room and the hotel is unique and reflects the city's culture. The breakfast at the Venice restaurant was very good.

Review: The hotel is in a very good location, my room included breakfast and the family room is quite spacious. However, the room is a bit low and part of the proposal view and evening fireworks are blocked. Additionally, the hotel does not have a buggy for transportation and there are no signs near the hotel, so you need to take a bus to Khem beach or buy a ticket to visit Thom Island for swimming. Overall, this is a good choice for resting in Sunset Town.

Positive points: Wow the hotel is stunning . Extremely clean , everything is new , bed and pillows are comfortable and bedding is so crispy ! Just everything I love and needed for the perfect stay! Mind you I have stayed in all the top hotels and this one is outstanding ! And service just wow . The Staff of the hotel makes it his place is so welcoming and warm . Feels like home where you want to come back .

The room was comfortable with great features, and the terrace view was unforgettable—watching the Symphony of the Seas and fireworks directly from our room made the stay truly special. Positive points: Bữa sáng là voucher của nhà hàng gần đó. Bữa sáng khá đơn giản, không gian khá chật chội. Ít món hơn một số nơi cùng giá tiền. Voucher bữa sáng là 220k có vẻ khá cao hơn so với thực tế.

Review: Ưu điểm là vị trí xem pháo hoa tốt, dc ks up phòng lên phòng tầng cao, đi lại khu sunset tiện.

Positive points: Phòng rất rộng, sạch đẹp, thơm mùi tinh dầu, view thẳng ra cầu hôn và có thể xem được pháo hoa tầm cao. Khách sạn ở rất gần Sun Bavaria, rất tiện khi xem Symphony of the sea. Khách sạn trang trí rất tinh tế, giường to, rất êm. Các bạn lễ tân rất hiếu khách và thân thiện, tư vấn chỗ đi chơi, chỗ ăn và mời mình đi tour dạo Sunset Town để check in các góc đẹp. Thực sự việc book được Zao là một trong những trải nghiệm mình thích nhất khi đến Nam Đảo.

Review: Một trong những trải nghiệm tốt nhất. Tuyệt vời, sạch sẽ, tốt, các tiện nghi tốt và ban công mở có thể ngắm nhìn pháo hoa ban đêm ngay trước mặt. Rất thuận tiện nếu bạn cảm thấy lười ra ngoài. Rất được khuyến nghị.

Positive points: Tôi ko ngờ mình có thể trải nghiệm 1 Tây Bắc ngay tại Phú Quốc. Và bất ngờ hơn là mọi thứ rất chỉnh chu và tiện nghi. Sự sạch sẽ là thứ tôi quan tâm nhất. Và view ở đây quả thật chưa thấy ở đâu khác. Rất tuyệt vời.nnI never expected to experience a touch of the Northwest right here in Phu Quoc. Even more surprising was how well-organized and comfortable everything was. Cleanliness is what I care about the most, and this place truly exceeded my expectations. The view here is something I haven’t seen anywhere else — absolutely wonderful.
