Review: They said there were no rooms available and put me in another hotel 1 kilometer away. But I arrived at 2 PM, and there were no rooms left! What kind of business are you running? And the room they assigned wasn't as nice as the pictures—no windows, smelly, and the air conditioner was old. The kettle was dirty.

Review: The power outlet is broken. The water tap is weak. The air conditioner is noisy. The towels have many stains. I know that at that price, I shouldn't have high expectations for the room, but it should at least be clean. There is no support for returning forgotten items left at the hotel. They only inform that they don't have them.

I misunderstood the location and decided to go anyway, then I found out it was actually part of the Yến Vy system. nThe business room is set up like a motel, very old. The plus side is that there’s an elevator and the price is affordable. Other than that, everything else is very unstable. It lacks everything, luckily I brought my own personal hygiene items. nSince it was just for an overnight stay, and I was leaving the next morning, I have no complaints. If anyone is traveling for healing, they should look for another place.
