Review: I think it can be the best choice for hotel near the airport. The price is so worth with the facilities we got.

Review: overall is good but a bit disappointing that I have to extend my card which was for two days, caused me a bit iffy caused waited a long line without any proper apology (all the male staffs are excellent, the female ones are 'BIG NAH', yeah i mean all of them)

Positive points: I am someone who usually stays in this hotel. But from the early time until now, gradually hotel quality is getting low. Towels are very old, other things as well.

Negative points: Laundry service was very bad, collecting laundry comes very late. When i got the laundry my clothes were full of white particles.

Negative points: the check in check out process still takes too long

Positive points: All of it, specially the connecting room

Negative points: The connecting room must be deluxe room and below (there is no deluxe room for both connecting room). The security just watch me bring my big luggage, its ok maybe its not his job to help anyway 😄
