Review: We stayed here for 2 days, the hotel was busy with guests but the scenery, space, and rooms were incredibly clean, airy, and quiet ensuring privacy. If I have the opportunity to go to TN again, I will definitely stay here. I give it a 10-star rating!

Positive points: The exterior design of hotel blended with plants make me feel more close to nature and comfortable, with balcony for morning exercise . Breakfast is good, especially the Pho.

Review: My family stayed for one night in two double rooms, but when we checked in, my children wanted to change to twin rooms, so the receptionist enthusiastically exchanged with other guests to arrange it. Since many people were coming for the graduation ceremony, the hotel was fully booked, yet the receptionist negotiated to meet our family's needs. I was truly touched by the enthusiasm of the staff.

Review: The hotel location is fine, and the facilities are not too bad. However, the way of working is mechanical and lacks flexibility! My wife is a foreigner, her passport is currently being processed for a visa, so she only has a photo of her passport on her phone. Yet, they insisted she must bring the actual passport for them to take a photo in order to check-in?! Huh? So, what about the photo my wife has on her phone, accompanied by my identification to guarantee it? Is it just for show? nIt is particularly condemnable how they make it difficult for guests! nMy room's check-out time is at 12:00 noon. I asked the night receptionist, and this nice male receptionist kindly asked for my Zalo to inform me of any extra fees if I checked out later. When I asked the daytime receptionist at 11 a.m., the female receptionist replied, Sir, all our rooms for today are booked, while there were three cars parked at the hotel, including my own. I guess there's a gathering for the Fruit and Flower Festival in Thai Nguyen this Friday night, hence all the rooms are booked (and fully booked at that). So, does this mean if I check out late, I have to pay for the whole day? Just tell me a number, and it ended up being a 30% surcharge on the original room rate?! It's truly ridiculous! They lie around to find excuses to increase extra charges -> this is definitely a method taught by hotel management for receptionists to respond to guests! I can't believe it!

Review: It is surprising that there is a green, clean, and beautiful hotel in the center of Thai Nguyen. Although it is in the city center, it is very quiet. The rooms and staff are both very good. It truly deserves to be a destination for business travelers.

Review: Easy to find location, spacious parking, clean rooms, and a cool balcony. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Large TV that allows streaming on YouTube, not just for decoration like in many other hotels. There is a café right within the hotel area, and the staff there helped me warm up porridge for my child. I will return if I have the opportunity to visit TN again.
