Wah Teja Homestay

Review: I've walked past this place many times and taken photos of the beautiful property, so I was excited to stay there. It's a bare bones homestay. The AC did not work and there was no fan. It was hot and hard to sleep. It's a homestay so I expect noise but there is a little one about one or two who was up past midnight screaming. That I did not expect. There was a comforter on the bed but no sheet. Also only one thin towel. The Wi-Fi did not work in the room, only on the porch. There also was only one electric plug. The location is great. Really, really great. But the room is too stripped down to be comfortable. It needs sheets, a second towel, a mini fridge, and a tea kettle, then it would feel more homey.

Review: Tôi thật sự không hiểu tại sao không có hàng người chờ để ở lại nơi này. Nó nằm ở vị trí hoàn hảo gần đường chính nhưng đủ xa để yên tĩnh. Mọi thứ đều gần bên.
Chủ nhà rất thân thiện, bữa sáng đơn giản nhưng có điểm nhấn. Có một chỗ cho thuê xe máy rất thân thiện ngay đối diện.
Có tủ lạnh.
Hãy mang theo mặt nạ mắt vì buổi sáng có thể hơi sáng.

Positive points: The location is great - close to city center yet the place feels peaceful. Our host was very kind and welcoming and free breakfast in the morning was delicious. The place feels very authentic to Bali. The place is great value for what you get.

Positive points: One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Indonesia! The room was excellent value for the money, super central yet quiet at night, and just a lovely stay.

Positive points: Very clean and well air conditioned! The host was very friendly and accommodating! She even brought us breakfast in the morning so we could sit on the balcony and eat!

Positive points: the owners are very nice and welcoming, the room is big and the bed is comfortable, breakfast is really nice with lots of options between local food like fried rice or eggs and toast.
the location is in the middle of Ubud about 5 min walk to the palace.
