Review: My second time to stay here, very nice staff. Room size is reasonable with complimentary mini bar. Will stay here again.
Positive points: Overall, my stay at Voco Seoul Gangnam by IHG was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was exceptional. The hotel is a short walk from Sinsa station, which allows easy access to multiple subway lines, and is within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants.
Review: great location and big rooms! nnsound proofing is not that great but manageable. nnhad some issues with the toilet flush but was quickly resolved.
Positive points: The location was absolutely perfect everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which made exploring Seoul super convenient. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with plenty of healthy options. The room was very clean, had a lovely view, and included everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the entire hotel smelled fresh and pleasant.
Negative points: The room was smaller than expected, especially for the price. While it was very clean and well-equipped, a bit more space would have made it more comfortable for a longer stay.
Review: Just across the street to tourist spot and shopping area. Around 5 min walk to Train station. Staff are nice.

Review: Good location, convenient stores near hotel, many restaurants around hotel. Many plastic surgery hospitals around hotel. Room is quite small, even we booked for premium king. All mini bar are free (staff didn’t tell us when check in, we didn’t see the price list in room, so asked the staff the next day) Toothbrush and razor are charged. Lots of dust in room and furnitures.
Positive points: Location, breakfast and the suite room were great. Staff are great.
Negative points: The fitness centre could be better, also while I was sleeping I could hear building noises which was very disturbing

Positive points: Entrance was terrible. Need to drag your suitcases uphill from the sidewalk to get to the lobby door, and either need to take escalator or stairs. Weird entrance to lobby.
Negative points: Was assigned an 'accessible' room with a bathroom designed for handicapped. Did not know what exactly accessible meant when booking, but did not really mind because photos looked amazing. Turns out photos were deceiving, making it seem like the bathroom was spacious. Most hideous, tiny bathroom ever seen at a four-star hotel. Worse than motel bathroom. Very tiny, practically sink, toilet, and showerhead all cluttered together. No separations or dividers at all. When sitting on a toilet, the shower curtain hits your face because the showerhead is right above the toilet. Asked for a room change as I was willing to pay more, and they say no rooms availalbe. Immediately asked for a full refund and moved the next morning to another hotel, where I always stayed before. Greatly regret trying out a new hotel.
Review: the location and everything is perfect. as a coffee lover, i regret they do not have coffee machine or inroom service for coffee in the morning, but overall i have the best experience staying in their hotel

Review: Great location in Sinsa station in Gangnam …. Room is spacious and comes with complementary minibar refill every day. There is also a communal kitchen which is nice. Recommended!

Review: This hotel is is a very central location if you're planning to visit plastic surgery or dermatology clinics around Sinsa & Gangnam. It's in an upscale neighborhood and convenient for a mid level traveler. Garosugil and Apgujeong is walking distance or just one subway stop away. Restaurants & bars are walking distance. The room where I stayed is just perfect for solo traveler. There's a community kitchen down the hall and laundromat facility.
Positive points: Very clean, modern and loved the in room dining options, staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities are great.
Negative points: the wall outlets didn’t work very well and slow charged
