Review: This is the second time staying at Voco Quang Binh in two consecutive years. Overall, Voco Quang Binh is still a place worth experiencing when traveling with family to Quang Binh due to its full amenities, beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, and spacious areas for children to play and run around. nThe downside is that on this return visit, I was assigned to a room that was quite convenient, spacious, and nicely arranged, but it wasn't very clean, and at night it was quite noisy due to the sounds from various machinery around, making it hard for someone like me who has trouble sleeping. nThis downside made the trip less than perfect as expected, but it wasn't bad enough to lower the rating, so I still give Voco QB 4 stars.

Review: Gia đình chúng tôi có kỳ nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời ở Voco, phòng ốc rất mới, sạch sẽ và đẹp. Mặc dù chúng tôi đến vào mùa đông nhưng biển rất đẹp sạch hồ bơi cũng rất tuyệt, có hồ bơi nhỏ cho em bé. Lần sau chúng tôi sẽ quay lại

The staff is friendly, and the common areas are clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. However, the breakfast is not really outstanding and still needs improvement for a more complete experience.

Review: The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located for dining and has a private beach. Everything is comfortable, suitable for relaxation. The most impressive thing is the professional staff, extremely enthusiastic, and quick to assist.

Positive points: Tôi đã đến Quảng Bình nhiều lần, mỗi lần ở một resort 5 sao khác nhau, nhưng tôi hài lòng nhất với Voco Quảng Bình. Vị trí resort rất đẹp, với bãi biển đẹp, rất tiếc trong thời gian tôi ở đây, mưa bão rất nhiều nên tôi không tắm biển được, nhưng nếu có dịp quay lại vào mùa hè, đây là một trong những bãi biển tốt nhất ở Việt Nam, cát trắng mịn, biển rất đẹp. Phòng villa tôi đặt rất rộng, thậm chí quá rộng, nhưng tiếc rằng sự bố trí nội thất không phù hợp khiến căn phòng có cảm giác trống trải nhiều hơn là sang trọng. Mặc dù mới xây nhưng tường đã có nhiều vết thấm và không được xử lý tốt nên trông như xuống cấp mặc dù resort rất mới. Nhân viên ở resort đặc biệt hiếu khách và rất tận tình. Tôi đã được sự tư vấn của bạn Tìm nên đã có trải nghiệm ẩm thực rất tuyệt trong thời gian ở đây.

Review: I hope that next time I return, the hotel will have made better improvements, although it is already good now. 👍👍👍n- The waiting area for check-in does not have air conditioning or a fan, making it very hot, which would be uncomfortable for small children.n- The reservations management department needs to know which country the customers are from to use the appropriate language.n- The breakfast is more suitable for vegetarians than regular guests. I suggest the hotel review the breakfast menu.n- Enough extra bed equipment should be provided before accepting additional guests, as the sofa cannot replace a bed.n- The sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on because when reclining, the cushions shift, making it impossible to sit comfortably.n- It took quite a long time to request a towel when it was urgently needed.nI wish the hotel continued success and improvement in its services. 👍

Review: Our stay at Voco (oceanfront villa with private pool) was very comfortable, but our host, Linh, was outstanding. She went well above and beyond her duties to assist us for a special request regarding a package. We didn’t get the chance to thank her well enough at checkout, but we hope the organization there recognizes her level of effort. nnSeparately, the food at The Flamingo restaurant on the premises produced consistently good food from its menu. Too many dishes are good enough to recommend to bother listing. Just have at the menu. It delivers.
