Review: We only book apartments with kitchen, gym and pool. The gym didn't exist, the pool was empty. I think we were the only people staying there. Check in was via a security guard who spoke no English. Apartment itself was OK, but nothing in the kitchen apart from a kettle. No plates, no bowls, no cutlery, nothing.
I hope this review helps someone out there. Location is really good.

Positive points: I like nothing about this place

Negative points: A c was not cool at 2 o’clock in the morning. I asked to fix the security man said “ we have to wait till 9AM for the worker to be here. do not disturb the manger because this happened after hours …
Damn it! I paid for no sleep and still charged full price.

Positive points: Conveneint location.

Negative points: The hotel is very old, although is spacious but the outside ambience is dark.
The reception is handled by a security guard who not able to speak English.

Positive points: spaceous apartment for a family of 6 local market and supermarket right at doorstep beautiful city view at night time (from floor 11) 10mins to airport.

Negative points: aircon in one room didnt work, the ones in the other two rooms were noisy.

Positive points: the location is prime . it is also next to a shopping mall with groceries inside. staff is very friendly and tried their best to accommodate our wishes. after changing our apartment is spacious with nice view.

Negative points: the building is old and facilities are outdated . swimming pool and gym were not available as advertised. cleaning crew is friendly but quality of cleaning is only passable .

9.2 Suitable for the family - Van 01-08-2022

Review: The hotel is conveniently located opposite Con market, above the shopping center, cinema, Big C. My family stayed from noon to 9 PM to wait to go to the airport, so this location is very suitable for children to play (the kids go to the movies), while adults go to Con market to buy things as gifts. The pool and gym are under repair, and it is said they may be finished by September 2022. If there is a pool, the children will enjoy it even more. Early check-in is possible. The facilities are not new. The kitchen and washing machine, as shown in the pictures, are all there, but they are not usable. If staying longer, contacting the staff may allow them to operate, but since my family only stayed during the day, we had no need.

Positive points: It's so damn good. The staff were too friendly, and they quickly and accurately worked out the exchange and everything I needed. It shows the best performance in the service application service industry by asking if cleaning is necessary and changing insufficient water and towels well.

Review: Nothing in the kitchen except for 4 cups. The place was not clean. Lift is slow. DO NOT eat breakfast here. Everything was cold n disgusting. Food was stale. Staff isnt helpful at all. Its not worth it n has no other shops near it except of C supermarket. No restaurants nearby. We saw rats on the ledge of breakfast area. The lounge had stains on it. Very old and rundown.

4.0 Be careful for Fake Information from Hotel - Kongkeo 08-08-2019

Review: You need to check the information provided by Hotel and Agoda. It was fake one as my experience. I checked that there was Washing Machine in the room, that was the reason that I choose this hotel, but once I want to use it, there is an extra charge. I call Agoda to check, Agoda's answer was "The Washing Machine was there but agoda never said that free of charge". Incredible that they said there is there but never said it is free.
