Review: Very big room for 13 euro, very clean, good smell. I totally recomand! The gym is small and just few things, but for 2 3 days of sport is more than enaugh, and the pool 12th floor, big, clean and nice view!

Positive points: Overall the hotel is okay. The gym is small and not so great but it is there.
Negative points:
There was a smell of the cigarettes in my room. I know the hotel could not control it maybe but maybe increasing fines for smoking in the room would help.
Wifi on 10th floor was barely existing one. Breakfast is definitely not worth it! Everything was not tasty and not clean.

Positive points: The room itself was lovely. Pool facilities and a small gym are available too. The staff were very helpful and gave us a small refund when we checked out a day early.
Negative points: There was a loud machine noise that was present throughout our entire stay. It didn’t affect our sleep too badly, and wasn’t noticeable on lower down floors, but it was a bit of a pain. The location also isn’t amazing, being around half an hour from the main area

The hotel was recently refurbished with new fixtures and fittings. The room was spacious and functionally sound.
My TV didn't work and the air-conditioning was weak.
Also the staff know very little English which was disappointing. More customer skills training is necessary. Also no tour options available.
Good value for money for the facilities.
Positive points: Rooms are nice for low price, you can rent a motorcycle with them, breakfast is average for vietnam

Excellent - Front desk ladies, room size, nice furniture, nice shower room and bathtub all separate.

Good customer service. Staff friendly. But Poor English or other language speaking. So we can't find out more information about where to visit.
Room is big and clean, lot space for luggages
Negative points: No many Vietnamese local food "restaurant" nearby. For me there is a bit far from shopping centre, night market and dragon Bridge.
