Positive points: Modern Luxury
Positive points: The apartment and the district in general are so great! Everything matched the photos and the descriptions. We LOVED living in this place, really, a lot! The view of the fireworks from the balcony is fantastic. The pool at the top was incredible. The landlord met us in his car at the ferry arrival, and at the end of our stay, another host brought us to the airport. That was a nice gesture.rnThere are two shops on the ground floor of the building. The big supermarket is 20 minutes walk away you can always catch a local taxi (fancy old-style cars) to get there.rnWe stayed in September, and it was really great - at the end of the rainy season, but not many people were around.
Negative points: • The door lock warns you that it doesn't want to lock, but then it closes the door. I wouldn't mention it as a problem, but rather as a warning that you need to wait, and it will close automatically.rn• Upon arrival, check the quantity of towels with the landlord to avoid any issues at check-out. We had only three towels at the beginning, and at check-out, it took several minutes of discussion between the landlord and the owner because it was supposed to be four. It was not a problem, but it was better to re-check on arrival.rnrnHowever, these are not significant disadvantages, and the apartment is genuinely worth it. Loved it a lot, honestly, as well as the surrounding area.
Positive points: Loved this apartment, super clean & great floorplan for very comfortable stay. Netflix available, plenty of dishes/pots etc for light cooking , comfy bed & linens.the view of fireworks from 2 balconies was outstanding
Negative points: The apartment and communication was GREAT. nThe entire residence spotless but no poolside umbrellas & chairs is frustrating…. Not apartment owners fault actually resposibility of Hill Residences
