Van Tien Motel

Review: Van Tien is 150 meters from the ferry port and has panoramic view of Hon Son with the sea in front and mountain in the back. I arrived hours before check in and was shown to my room immediately. The room is simple but clean with actual partial seaview. Hotel loaned me their personal kettle for the 5 nights I was there.. Coffee and food from hotel's restaurant is consistently delicious. When my anemia flared up and I had zero energy to walk around, both husband and wife (hotel's owners) offered to drive me to the swimming beach without my having to ask. But whatever I asked for was delivered with the brightest of smiles. The view of the coastline from the hotel's cafe and 1st floor balcony is its own tourist attraction that should not be missed. Amazing sunrise and sunset. My only regret was having booked and paid for transportation and hotel for my next leg of my VN trip or I'd spend all my days at Van Tien. Highly recommend this place. I came as a hotel guest and I left as friend/family with sweet memories I'll never forget.
