Positive points: Perfect location, clean, and modern. From my room you could see a bit of the sea :)

Positive points: Three minutes walk to the beach, local to lots of restaurants and bars, hot water and a tv that works, plus large firm bed

Review: The place is very old and no facilities at all. It is not near Da Nang Beach

Positive points: Good location, near beach, shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes,, massage places and a 24/7 grocery store
ATM (TP Bank) and telecom shop within 10 minutes walk.
Laundry service
The rooms are pretty soundproof, area is also quiet (no karaoke bar)

Review: Everything within my expectations, only problem is that both elevators are very slow, some guests coughing out on the hallway were so loud that made you feel uncomfortable.

Normally, I don't really complete these reviews, but after staying at Hotel Valencia I feel obliged to warn other travellers from this place.

In positive news, I will mention that the wifi is excellent. Having completed the positive section, here we go:

If you like dirty rooms, you'll love this hotel. Dust and hair everywhere. And then there's the noise: They were apparently doing renovations when I was there. From 9 am to 9 pm. Loud stuff. Everyday I was told by staff that renovations would end the same day. For my four day stay, it didn't end. Although a non-smoking room, there was cigarette smoke creeping in under the door from the hall way. The reception didn't care when I told them. In generel, the staff were friendly, but not helpful at all. They say yes and do nothing. I was told many things that never actualized. The noise from the street is also very loud. I'm not sensitive and I travel about half of the year, every year, so I have significant sample size. I will never go back to this place, and I advise others to stay far away.

Positive points: The location and the price.

Review: Room is very spacious and well cleaned/ maintained. Only thing i dont like is the mattress is a bit hard

Positive points: They clean every day room +free drink water. It's always wonderful to come back and the room is so comfortable likewise the bed. I enjoy the room so well I could stay here for a lifetime.
Hotel cleaners are so lovely funny it is always pleasure meet them D.
When needed motorbike, taxi, bowl, knife, sticks, iron, chair... I just need to go reception and there was always receptionist smiling and ready to help with challenges.
Today I met new "worker" and we became buddies right away

Review: Terrible stay, I request for a non-smoking room but first they give me a room that smelled cigarette smoke, an excuse is they said they will upgrade me to twin bed room, which I said yes, since I do not understand yet, and then transferred me to a double room but the outside is a smoking area and the room was not cleaned, the mattress has something like stain. I just did not complain because the staff don't seem approachable, the room is not typically cleaned since a card and dust in the corner is still there before and after I leave. I stay for 2 nights.

Positive points: So nice human beings in this hotel (staff) I went to explore town I got sunburn and used all of my mobiledata, luckily keycard has hotel address so I showed it to taxi driver. Staff helped me and went to buy medication for me. I'm so happy to be at Hotel Valencia

Review: Good hotel, position good. I had to change my booking a day after. They allowed with same money. Helpful.

Positive points: Wonderful hotel , I came from long trip and staff was so helpful and smiling. I rested little bit on big couch at the lobby and they helped me to change some money so i can buy something. I was so relieved that I choose this place to be again. It was lovely to see familiar faces :)

Review: Good place overall, staff may sound rude but maybe due to language barrier. Dont expect much help if you are in emergency

Positive points: It was really close to the beach, it had a good size room and it was very clean.
