Review: Nice spacious room but it has an unpleasant smell either from the bathroom or bathtub. No facilities and not much service in hotel

Review: Love the new built hotel. Interior is clean. Location is great. However, the downside is no facilities from the hotel. Housekeeping only tidy up beds, provide water, and change towel. They wont wash the glasses even the reception said so. The reception is friendly and helpful

Review: Good location near subway. Friendly staff, spacious room. Exhaust fan had an issue but was fixed immediately by staff. Staff easily contactable by WhatsApp.

Positive points: It was clean exactly as pictured. The beds were comfy as well. It was equipped with plates, wine glasses, and fridge. If you want K-Drama room this is it.

Negative points: Due to spas in every room there is a wet smell in the check in area floor B2. There is some kind of venue across the alley, so there were crowds always at the entrance to the hotel. The room has excellent soundproofing so you can’t hear any of that.
