Review: Wonderful through and through. Heater was kept on upon our arrival in the midst of a snow storm. Staff are friendly and offer to be contacted any time of day. Responsive and helpful.

Positive points: The location is perfect - easy to commute anywhere.rnThe room is as per expectation and value for money for the facilities (such as spa tub, electric stove, microwave) and the small fridge even have a freezer (which is rarely to be seen).

Negative points: The receptionist is not there most of the time though they can be contacted by whatsapp so that the receptionist from the other (nearby) branch can attend to us. There was a miscommunication when the receptionist told me they can lend me the weighing machine for luggage because later on when I want to borrow it, the other receptionist told me they don't have weighing machine and they can't lend.

Positive points: Loved everything! Our favorite hotel of the entire trip! They upgraded our room which was amazing! And the location is so, so convenient! Everywhere was walkable, 7 -11 was right down stairs and the staff was SUPER nice. If I had known better, I would have booked with them again when we went back to Seoul. It is pricy but it’s clean and they do clean every day, which I appreciated SO much!

Negative points: It was a big pricy, but still love the property.

Positive points: UH Suite Seoul Square is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores (7/11, Olive Young, GS25), making it easy to find almost everything we needed. All of these amenities are just a few minutes’ walk from the main entrance, offering plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.nnOur room was perfect for a family of four, featuring two spacious beds, a well-equipped kitchen with proper utensils, a dining area, and both heating and air conditioning. The property also provided fresh towels daily and free laundry service when needed. While the laundry service didn’t include ironing, it wasn’t an issue for us—we were in holiday mode and didn’t need everything to be perfectly tidy!nnThe property also offered excellent Wi-Fi, which made it easy to research our destinations and plan our daily activities.

Negative points: While it has 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom’s sink and drainage clogged a few times during our stay.

Review: The place was very accommodating and clean. The only sad part was that we checked in after staff was off so we were unable to purchase a bath bomb. Overall enjoyed the stay a lot.
