Positive points: Extraordinary villa with extraordinary people to welcome and advise us! We had a fabulous time there. The villa is stunning (even better than the pictures) and the staff is extra caring (thanks again everyone for your wonderful support during all the trip).
The villa is only 5 min walk from the beach and a few minutes by grab or motorbike to the old town.
To everyone considering booking this villa: do not hesitate, this is a must do!! <3

Positive points: Absolutely everything, it’s a beautiful house, very clean and modern. The location is walking distance to beautiful beaches, cafes and a short taxi ride to the centre of Hoi An.
I cannot praise the staff enough, they couldn’t have done anymore to help, they even went out and brought us a birthday cake for one of the group!
No hesitation in recommending this property.
If we are ever back in Hoi An we will be staying at Basil Boutique.

Positive points: We were an extended family of 9 and had the whole villa to ourselves. Great location for exploring Hoi An. Nio and the team were really helpful and booked a couple of trips for us and made recommendations for coffee and food. The villa was really clean and each bedroom had a bathroom making it easy for the 9 of us to get ready. The kids made use of the pool. We had a really wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

Positive points: We had space to have our own bedrooms with an ensuite. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows after some hard ones. The pool was a real bonus keeping energetic kids occupied in the deluge of rain.
Close proximity to beach, The Sounds of Silence cafe, Sunny’s Coffee To Go plus more.
The staff were delightful and so helpful when the house got a bit flooded in the rain. Nio was prompt in responding to messages and helped with taxis.
I would recommend this to a large group (we were a family of 7) to have the house to themselves. Bonus.
