Review: Right in the city center, walking distance to the beach. Spacious and clean room.
Positive points: I discovered scams in these locations.
Negative points: This property was fraudulently listed as available, allowing you to book only for them to announce it was unavailable at the last minute. This left me unable to find any alternative solution during the Quốc Khánh holiday. I hope Booking.com investigates this soon meanwhile, I'll let karma handle the rest.
Review: The Agoda system sent a confirmation code for the booking, but an hour before check-in, when the customer called to prepare for check-in, the sales staff said there were no rooms available and they couldn't accommodate the guests... It's incredibly poor service not to inform the customer ahead of time and to wait for the customer to call back only to say there are no rooms available, especially when the customer has booked through Agoda and has a confirmation code.
Positive points: no breakfast we ate everyday at the hyams hotel
Negative points: better mattress in the bedrooms and the sofa was not comfortable
Review: The apartment pictures are from the hotel, unrealistic, old and small room, it's a 2-bedroom unit but not enough for 2 families to stay, the number of guests coming and going is too overwhelming and noisy, guests coming back from the beach crowding the elevator, unhygienic.
Positive points: Staff was too nice and cooperative, So good cool and Luxurious, i love to stay again there very neat and clean and price is very too good, highly recommend if you are in Hanoi
Review: Feeling like home, very wonderful.
Positive points: We did not get what we booked. It was embarrassed to have received 2 bed-room apartment for a booking of 3-bedroom for 5 adults. Luckily the hoat did manage to change another apartment for us at FLC Sea Tower with extra cost.
Negative points: The apartment is small, living room and kitchen combined was filled with an extra bed, we could have no space to move comfortably. We then had to pay extra to move to another apartment.
Review: Clean and comfortable. The apartment owner is very helpful, I will definitely return to this place next time I visit Quy Nhon.

Review: Okay, not as comfortable as a hotel. Located right in the center. Generally, we slept for one night and left, so we don't have high demands. It's fine.
Negative points: đợi thang máy quá lâu. trong nhà không có sẵn nước giặt đồ, bởi vì mình thuê căn hộ để có thể cung cấp máy giặt, nếu có máy giặt tại sao ko trang bị cho khách nước giặt đồ luôn. Mặc dù mình có thể đi mua, nhưng mua bịch lớn cũng lãng phí á.
