Review: The hotel owner is very friendly, everyone. He is extremely pleasant, the rooms are clean, it's low season with few guests, and the prices are cheap.
Positive points: owner & staff are very helpful

Positive points: Amazing hotel near the beach! Great value and very clean. We were greeted by friendly staff. Would come back here again.
Review: The price is very cheap compared to double rooms, with new amenities. Fully equipped with new and clean interiors, and the service is very attentive and enthusiastic. The swimming pool is quite small but still acceptable for the price the location is a bit difficult to find. You have to walk quite far or take a shuttle bus for 50k to get to the beach. There are quite a few ants in the room if you smell food.
Positive points: Beds were comfortable.
Negative points: They didn't allow us to use the pool. Staff weren't helpful. It was too noisy.
Review: Choosing a hotel as a resting place for the trip is a very wise decision. The hotel is well-equipped, the rooms are clean, and the prices are reasonable. The hotel provides drinking water, free Wi-Fi, comfortable parking, and the area is very secure. The staff is friendly, especially the receptionist who is very enthusiastic and lovely. The breakfast is delicious, and afterwards, the staff made a great glass of iced milk coffee. The hotel also has a private swimming pool on the rooftop for families going to the beach, allowing small children to swim there.
Positive points: The room was very comfy, great beds, tv, good shower. We had a pleasant one night rest

Review: The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is also large and airy. My room has two windows that make it very bright, with new and clean furniture. The location is right in the city center.
Positive points: The room was big and adequately clean. There's little else to recommend this place.
Negative points:
The hotel staff initially contacted me by email (= booking.com messenger) to ask if I wanted breakfast. When I said yes, they told me they could not serve breakfast. I asked why, they said it’s because it’s not included in the room price. The staff spoke no English, the security on the front gate unwelcoming (it was blocked off when we arrived), the location bad – there's nothing to do and nowhere to go during off season. The windows rattled, whistled and leaked when it was stormy outside. The walls were mouldy, and electrical cables were sticking out of the bathroom wall.
I went off season (in November) and all the local restaurants were closed one lady even said to us, "why are you here? this town is closed."
