Review: lokasi hotel dah bagus, tapi fasiliti seperti air shower terlalu slow, ac tak sejuk,air panas tak panas dan listrik selalu padam. buffet sahur tak sesuai dgn apa yg di beri tahu dekat counter reception . keselesaan mmg sangat2 kurang harap menagement hotel perbaiki lagi servis nya..
Review: that too bad service by this hotel or reddoorz, i book this hotel by Agoda apps, when i want check inn to this hotel.. the staff told me reddoorz relocated me to another hotel by reddoorz..and i must go by myself..

Review: I booked this hotel with a few days ago before i checkin. nnBut, when i checkin. The staff hotel said to me the room was full. And my reservation changes by the staff to Reddoors. nAnd my reservation can,t refunded. nnHelloooo, if your hotel was full. Don't open on online sistem. I think this is scamming for the guest. nnI never get this before. It very terrible and bad experience i ever had. nn👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
