TMS Quy Nhon SeaView Condotel

Review: I booked one day for a holiday day in Quy Nhon. I didn’t get a contact number for confirming the check in like usually with other reliable mgt services like *** or *** . The day I checked in, I have to look for the number myself to reach them and was told there is no such a thing. I called again and same answer. 3 more times and no answers. It was a day that prices are high and they can resell. Agoda would give you an option for a refund or let the company find you a comparable place. You are about to check in and none of those options are viable as they can turn around and sell your room at a much higher price due to the holiday. In my Agoda records it shows that the trip is completed! TMS. Sea view condotel knows better and knows who is in the room that night. Surely I didn’t check in. Who did check in?nnI’ve had perfect professional services with *** and ***. I had a problem with *** but at least they blamed on Agoda for letting the vacant list open and didnt charge me. This usually happens on holidays.

Review: It was great to stay in this Seaview unit with the excellent support received from staff. He was quick to respond to my request. Only downside is the lack of elevators and it requires relatively long waiting time, especially during the morning and evening.

Positive points: Tôi không thích bất kì điều gì về chỗ nghĩ này, phải nói là cực kỳ thất vọng với cách làm việc và thái độ nơi đây.

Review: I traveled with friends and really didn't have high hopes, but when I checked into the room, wow, it was really nice. The only downside was that the blanket had a stain, but the upsides were the sea view and the spacious room.

Review: This condotel, similar to Airbnb, offers a unique experience. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It’s conveniently located behind the Grand Hyams hotel.nnWhile the condotel has potential for growth, there are areas for improvement. The cleaning staff needs training to ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each checkout.nnOn the positive side, the check-in staff is doing an excellent job. They are accommodating and provide prompt responses to any inquiries. n

Review: We reported seeing MANY cockroaches and were initially told there were NONE. I took photos and live video of active roach activity in our room. I still have not received the promised refund because Agoda has not processed the cancelation. The property has agreed to refund us for the remaining time, but is waiting for Agoda to process the official cancelation. We are very disappointed in this entire experience.

Review: The fully furnished apartment has an issue I arrived late but no one contacted me to check in. I had to go there myself and reach out. It lacks professionalism.

Review: The room is spacious, with a comfortable and clean bed. Watching the sunrise from the balcony in the morning is truly worth it.

Review: The sea-facing apartment has a wide and airy view, and upon opening the door, you can see the vast blue ocean. The room is clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable to stay in.
