Negative points: Nhân viên ko pro, đưa ra các khoản phí (thanh toán, trả thẻ, xuất hoá đơn, ăn sáng...) không đúng với quy định

Review: The hotel is new, so overall everything is quite good, especially the reception staff who are very enthusiastic and helped me a lot. The inconvenience is that the hotel does not offer a motorbike rental service and there is none in the surrounding area either. I mostly walked to nearby places and used Green SM for transportation during my stay. I hope that if I have the chance to return, the hotel will provide a motorbike rental service.
