TIA Wellness Resort - Spa Inclusive

Review: The room was nice along with a private pool.
Breakfast was excellent, and we had a variety of food and beverage choices.
Staffs from the spa and the hotel were extremely dedicated, friendly, and welcoming.

Positive points: It's a Wellness hotel and it's costly, but the standard of their massage service were very poor. The very first massage were exceptionally good and the service provided on second and third day was very green and not knowing the true meaning of massage. After I complained to the welness centre manager, she promised to give me the service to be provided by the first day lady for the following 3 days. I got them and was told she is a teacher of massage. No wonder I received "real massage" on the first day. The standard of a welness centre must be the highest before the hotel is called "WELLNESS HOTEL".

Review: I never normally leave reviews, but TIA is truly the exception. From the second you walk in, to every moment you spend at the resort and its surroundings, as pure heaven.

The Therapists at the Spa are phenomenal and having 80 minutes of complementary spa therapies every day is game changing for the soul. The hotel is beautiful and very well manicured, however the only feedback I would have for the hotel is that one early check-in should not be USD $100 – if a room is available, just let your guests in early!!

And for the HIIT workout classes, some energetic music would not go amiss as doing high intensity training in complete silence is a bit strange.

Review: The room was gorgeous, with a very spacious bathroom, where one can watch Netflix. The pool was clean, and minibar refreshed daily. There is an evening turn-down service. The spa is very very good! The breakfast spread is amazing! Will bring our family and go for the large suite next time!

Positive points: The daily massages was a nice activity to look forward to. The room was clean and nicely designed. Staff were polite and helpful. Tried the dinner at the main hall, the lobster bisque was heaven….

Review: Overall a 5 star experience and I would definitely come back because of the superior service of the staff and the high-end feel! For Da Nang, it's quite pricey even with the wellness activities and spa everyday - but still a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back with friends next time! Love the staff, they are so helpful and kind.

Positive points: Beautiful place with nice pools. Friendly and attentive staff. Good healthy breakfast spread. Will be missing the delicious mini muffins.

The hotel puts lots of effort into the food with most of the things being healthy and homemade.
There were plenty of things to do in the hotel like yoga, HIIT ,spa , playing American pool, gaming etc
However I was a bit let down by the quality of the massages. They were very average and did not live up to the price range. The massages I paid for outside were so much better. Also the therapists had rather poor English compared to the other staff in hotel. I had difficulty communicating with them.

Positive points: The spa was fantastic, and the food was great and healthy - great for people with allergies, allergens are described, and very GF friendly. The staff was exceptional!

Review: My husband and I wanted to get away and destress after working 1 year in a hectic high stress environment dealing with high profile projects in Singapore. This was the perfect getaway, wellness treatments daily, they even have a place for us to park our 3 year old every day with a trained nanny who gives him light massages. The private pool bedroom was cleaned twice a day, very tucked away yet luxurious. The food was created with health and wellness in mind. The biodynamic and organic wine was delicious. We even found dairy-free pancakes and hot chocolate for our dairy sensitive kiddo. Appreciate the little things the staff did to make the stay pleasant. It was raining a lot during our stay so there was a tiny bit of flooding going on but probably our most memorable, relaxing and most beautiful stay by the pristine beach ever. Wellness treatments were amazing. We booked our part 2 stay already and are looking forward to it already.

Positive points: This was an amazing resort . Staff were fantastic ,so helpful . Highly recommend this resort . Food , accommodation , treatments , facilities were out standing .

Review: TIA is a small boutique resort with distinguished wellness service quality in every detail. The wellness concept is well executed through food (a lot of vegan choice, advanced level even for western countries), activities, treatment and environmental actions. Staffs here are super helpful, friendly, and professional. SPA and yoga practice are not to miss! We will definitely come back for another stay and recommend to our friends

Positive points: Resort is beautiful and atmosphere was heart warming. The villa were exactly as shown in pictures. The villa and its pool were clean and amenities were great. Spa inclusive service was excellent! In-room dining service was fast, food was decent and delicious. Ocean restaurant by the pool and beach was defintely a hit. Lastly, i am totally impressed by the ala carte breakfast options. We tried all over a 5D4N stays and all tasted good. We will defintely come back again for sure.
