Review: Vị trí tốt, Phòng giống hình, sạch sẽ Nhược điểm: lễ tân thiếu chuyên nghiệp, thấy khách vô trơ mắt ra nhìn ko chào hỏi gì, phòng nội thất khá cũ và hư nhiều đèn, hư chốt cửa
Positive points: Location was good and it was a very quiet area for the most part. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Negative points: We stayed in a room that was next to the electrical closet and was incredibly loud at night. They moved us to an upgraded room for no additional charge, which was really great.
Review: Bac Lieu is a small city, so this hotel does not have as many amenities as hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, and there is no microwave. However, the staff are friendly, kind, and very helpful whenever assistance is needed.
Positive points: Very nice staff. Good location in downtown. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. Nice breakfast with voucher at restaurant next door.

Positive points: The property was new, and you can tell very carefully crafted and designed
Negative points: Each hotel guest gets a voucher for breakfast at the King Cofffee shop that's next door to the hotel. The area where the hotel and coffee shop are located are clearly out of place in relationship to what surrounds it. We sat down to eat, and noticed right away the locals who hang out there are just slightly more affluent than the average citizen there, and they sat around staring at us, pointing and laughing at us, and at one point one of the local Karens who was wearing a lot of jewelry (typically a sign they are loan sharks who take advantage of poor people, or lottery ticket pimps) looked at me and my partner, pursed her lips at me, and started yelling really loud at us, thinking we wouldn't know what they were saying, but we speak Vietnamese. She was making fun of my clothes, and talk about my looks. Which was ironic because she was a highly unattractive woman with cheap, fake designer clothes. I won't be returning to this part of town, only because of the nouveau riche Real Housewives of Bac Lieu that hang out around the hotel, and likely own it.

Review: Chúng tôi có 1 đêm tại Thiên Ân và ai trong nhóm cũng thích khách sạn vì nó thật đẹp, sạch sẽ và mới mẻ. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Thích cả con đường với hàng cây và hồ nước trước mặt, đi ra phố và trung tâm quá gần luôn. Nếu có dịp ghé lại Bạc Liêu sẽ quay lại Thiên Ân Boutique.
