Review: Kids activities should be improved by adding more coloring pics and beads for jewellery making. When staff was asjed for more coloring pics, the reason given was running out of pics. The staff could be more initiative in taking action for what is lacking knowing that the place was packed with kids. Kids were told not to run around while there was not any hands on activities to keep them busy. The staff shoukd realise that provided hands on activities could keep the kids from unwanted chaotic playground.

Positive points: Staff member really nice and all service are satisfying. The room giving out the clean and relaxing vibe. Food in club longue was exceptional!

Positive points: Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊nThe hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!
