Review: Great location, right in the center, next to the convenient Go supermarket. The rooms are clean, have a nice view, and the bedding is of good quality. Especially, the breakfast is very delicious.
Positive points: Nothing special except breakfast was good
Negative points: bad toilet sanitary , water was stuck during shower and seems to be floor came into toilet . and poor tv channel wifi . Almost channels was stuck again and again

Review: The hotel is good location for nearby industrial park trips. Not very but clear and quiet with polite staff. The breakfast is extremely good with local pho rice-noodle. 👍

Positive points: Check in was simple, Met at the front door, helped with luggage, waiting area is beautiful, grocery store next door.rnBreakfast was amazing, so many choices & service was really good.rnRmc
Negative points: We had difficulty getting the room serviced with extra towels, coffee cups & water. We needed to ask every time & if we needed more than item they only would bring the first thing you asked for. odd for a 5 star hotel.rnAlso the wifi is very weak & at times non existent. they said they are planning upgrades in that area.rnRmc
Review: Not quite what I'd consider a 5-star hotel, but it's still good value for the money. The amenities are solid but little things like the ragged carpet in the 6th floor hallway and the lack of enough outlets in the room bring it down a notch. The Mira in Bien Hoa is definitely better overall.

Positive points: Breakfast is good but same menu. But very far from Ho Chi Minh city but you travel to Bing Duong then it is more convenient.
Negative points: Breakfast menu could be changed on regular basis.

Review: Good and clean. Bathroom can see from your bedroom , not good for if you not couple
Positive points: It is quiet. Luxury being undisturbed. Most of folks staying in so called Saigon aprox 32 km away. And here, not crowded, beautiful swimming pool, no rush, nice and easy going. Splendid. Good breakfast. Gym. Not the best, but still, can use.
Negative points: Fact they forgot my birthday. Usually hotel takes good care on such an occasion having all the guest data in the system..also..minor but important aspect, noise resistance between rooms to be improved. At the moment, all the noise from the room behind the doors is going through. Especially, if having some noisy neighbours next doors.rnAlso did not like when visitors from China smoking at the swimming pool despite non smoking area. This hotel is somehow recognised by businessman from China. Which is good, not bad. Just for information.
