Positive points: Very clean
Review: Everything are Fine, clean-hospitality-value are great
Positive points: Good location, clean rooms, complimentary early check-in, helpful staff at front desk. Suprisingly very good room service food.
Negative points: I book for twin, i got one big bed. Eventually get that fixed within 15min to switch room. The ac cannot be control, tried to follow instructions didn’t work. Asking for staff to check. No one come to fix. Were sleeping freezing cold 😂. Very limited offer on tv. Pillow not comfortable it was way to hard.
Review: Semuanya excellent, except for the breakfast untuk sekelas hotel bintang 4 menurut saya rasanya B aja.
Positive points: The location is ideal if you have business nearby. The breakfast was good yet a bit limited. The best was the Indonesian noodle bowl! The hotel is next to a mall which had several options for meals and drinks.
Negative points: The bed was ok. The shower had low pressure and the water never really got hot. Not sure if it was because I was on a higher floor. The thermostat also did not work well. The room was too cold and I could not get the heat to work.
Review: Comfort and connected Margo City Mall
Positive points: the location is so strategic, margo hotel is one of our favorite hotel at the town
Negative points: unfortunately, breakfast are so so, you may add the flavour for any meals to increase the quality

Positive points: The breakfast is quite varied. There is a distinctive drink, which is turmeric herbal drink (jamu kunyit), and it is very delicious. This restaurant is also child-friendly because it is close to a fish pond, which makes children feel comfortable and enjoy staying longer.
Negative points: The fish pond is located outside (smoking area), so it can be quite bothersome to breathe if someone is smoking. Therefore, we sometimes choose to eat indoors when that happens.

Negative points: Many small things were already broke still can be used but not properly. nClean but little bit dusty though it’s a new hotel
Review: I was in UI Depok for my daughter's utbk and needed a place to rest while waiting for 3 hours. I chose The Margo as it's the nearest hotel from UI. The price is quite pricy (for such facility) but it's connected to Margocity mall, so it was convenient to get food and entertained my younger kid.
Positive points: Very nice hotel in great location and proximity to Margo City Mall. Great ambiance!
