Review: The room is beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The location is great, but the ocean view is not very good. Everyone who books should ask carefully about the view. Depending on whether it's in area H1 or H2 and how many floors up, if it's too low, you won't see anything and you'd have to go up to the pool to get a view.

Review: The room is not very new, the amenities are okay, but the hot water is unreliable, sometimes available and sometimes not. In the double room, there is only one common door between the two sides, which can be locked by the guests next door, making it impossible to access the room. The staff seems to have a lot of work and is not present when needed, so you have to wait. The only good thing is the beautiful view of the sea.

However, I booked a 3-bedroom apartment but was informed that it was fully booked and was switched to a 2-bedroom apartment, so I had to wait quite a while for check-in. I still don't know when I'll receive the refund for the downgrade and what the process is like.

The staff spoke in a rude manner, with a disrespectful attitude, even saying that if I didn't want to stay, I could report to Agoda for a refund — instead of resolving the issue for the customer.nnI booked 2 sea view rooms but only received 1 room of the correct type, and the other room was changed with the reason being the room was locked in time. This is an operational error of the establishment, not the customer's fault.nnWhen facing an urgent issue, I couldn't reach Agoda for timely support.nnAbsolutely not worth the money spent. I do not recommend it.
