Review: Semua staff yg mengangkat telepon kurang sopan…senua staff terutama Receptionist harus di training cara customer service..bicara nya tidak bagus tidak seperti ke customer seperti omong sama teman kali ya..sangat cuek kalau sy bilang. Hanya staffs yg di restaurant yg sangat ramah, very helpful, bagus deh pokok nya.nPihak hotel kurang fair kalau sy bilang..kalo check out kita harus on time tapi pas check in padahal tinggal 5 menit lagi jam 14.00 sy masih disuruh tunggu…sy complaint gak mau tau hrs bisa masuk pas jam 14.00 baru deh di dengerin..enak saja menyuruh org mennggu lagi. Boro2 request early check in. Seharusnya diusahakan melayani check in terlebih dahulu tamu yg sudah datang lebih awal…bukan nya asal random…kalah dong sama resto fast food aj..first come first serve

Negative points: Poor cleanliness not paying attention to details especially the old dirt in the corner of bathroom also we had to request a towel replacement since it was not clean properly.
