The Five Villas & Resort Quangnam-Danang

Review: We rented the 6 bedroom villa, 3 floors, ocean view, private pool, just walk out directly to the beach. There was breakfast served in the villa or in a buffet restaurant. The golf carts moved people from the lobby to the villas. It is away from the crowds. If you want luxury and a huge villa and privacy, this is a place for you.

Review: Staff and other guests can freely walk into your backyard or take pictures of you in your villa given the design of the villa staff also sit in front of your villa to enjoy their fruits and look through the windows (no curtains) into your villa

2 bedroom villa is actually the 3 bedroom one but they lock up 1 room, unpleasant experience as you won’t know what’s in that locked room

Review: We booked a four-bedroom villa at The Five and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation looked exactly like the photos online, the staff were kind and attentive, and we had a luxurious airport transfer. Our rooms were cleaned and beds were made every day. The breakfast buffet menu changes slightly daily. Overall, the only thing that could've improved our stay would be better weather. Thank you to the staff at The Five.

Review: Awesome villa

Review: Everything was okay. To use all the facilities we had to bad an extra fee (ie. heated pool). The staff did not really go out of their ways to help or assist with certain needs.

Review: Location: It's a bit away from the city centre. However, it's just 2 min walk from the villa to the beach and the view was nice.
Service: The staff are polite and we can always call the front desk to pick up a takeaway and a golf car to pick us up to the front desk. This is convenient.
Cleanness: The room/ facilities are clean and tidy. They will help to change new towels and clean the villa every day.

Review: Our family had an amazing time at this villa. The staffs are really nice and professional. The beach is just beyond words, clean and rejuvenating. Breakfast at the villa is excellent.

Review: Clean private beach. Facility very well maintained. Good distance in between both Hoi An and Da Nang. Breakfast was also great.

Positive points: Everything about The Five Resorts is 10/10. The villa is really nice and the service by staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and beautiful. The rooms are massive with great ensuites and comfy beds. The pool is nice as well, but are not heated.

Daily breakfast options were available, either buffet breakfast at the buffet station or a private chef at the villa. Additionally, the facility was ok with providing takeaway breakfast boxes to our group for our early flight.

The private beach is walking distance from the villa, and with a life guard stationed there at operating times.

Villa is quite close to Hoi An, which is very handy.

Positive points: We booked the six bedroom villa on the beach. The villa and the pool are stunning. The beach is nice too but the water was choppy. Staff is friendly but we had issues with housekeeping.

Positive points: Very convenient location between Da Nang and Hoi An. The villa we had was 4 bedrooms and was beautiful and spacious. There was a small amount of humidity damage in the first floor powder room otherwise the villa was clean and comfortable. The villa also has its own beachfront access and the addition of the pool is nice. What really makes the place special though is the staff. The staff is very attentive and willing to help with any needs we had. They definitely went above and beyond on multiple occasions without even asking. Next time, we plan on reserving their beachfront villas for sure.

Positive points: Do Quy and Ms Nguyen were exceptional concierges. They and their team provided our family with a memorable vacation that will be hard to surpass. We chose The Five arbitrarily for a last minute New Years holiday. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Our 3-story Villa was luxurious and had more than enough room for our family of four. We loved the local artisans’ artwork and handicrafts displayed throughout the residence.

The appointments rivaled any global luxury chain. And unlike a soulless, commoditized chain experience, The Five offered quiet and peace. We were not surrounded by teems of loud families or vapid tourists eager to flaunt their economic status on their wrists or necklines, as are immediately seen in any Marriott or Hilton resort.

The breakfast experience was only topped by our private New Year’s chefs course dinner cooked on our patio. Wow!
The hotel’s private beach is beautiful. But perhaps most important is the hotel’s location (half way between Hoi An and Da Nang) which makes it easy to visit and enjoy the local sites.
