Review: Location in the center of palembang city, mosque within walking distance
Positive points: The bed
Negative points: They did not delver my laundry on time
Positive points: Food, service, and cleaning room is very excellent.
Negative points: Nothing.
Positive points: breakfast was delucious, lot of variation of menu, traditional, western.nmodern building and roomneasy to reach, there is a spacious parking lot

Positive points: Excelton has become my go to hotel every time I visit Palembang now. The staff is outstanding, wouldn’t think that level of service would be available in Palembang. Room was perfect, cozy and the restaurant also serves lovely food. We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.
Negative points: No airport shuttle unfortunately! Quite disappointing as we wanted to book one.

Review: Kita pesan 2 kamar, yg club room yg ada bath up malah ga ada air panasnya.. yg lain ok. Tp ini lumayan mengecewakan, krn kt pesan kamar ini utk bs rendam bath up nya dan harganya hampir 2x lipat dr yg deluxe tp malah di bagian bath upnya gada air panas, pdhl kami bawa anak2 kecil yg perlu bath up.. komplainnya cm ini aja. Sisanya so far ok smua, makanan enak, staff jg helpful. Cm jd tau aja next nya ga akn pesan club room lagi.. 😅
Positive points: Love the Club room, the bathtub perfect for family with children. The staff really friendly and helpful. I love the hotel having late breakfast for new year, really considerate since we wake up late. Will be one of my hotel list from now on. Continue the good work Excelton
Negative points: The Pool, did not have area for kids, but they provide cute swimming tube for children.nnBreakfast, i really wish i can get a cappucino or latte.
Review: Tempatnya sangat strategis, fasilitas oke utk anak2 dan staf2nya baik semuaa dan paling penting makanan utk breakfastnya ENAK ENAK BGT !!! remomend bgt lah kalau kita ke Palembang akan menginap lagi disini.. Thankyou The excelton.
