Review: The hotel is new and clean, with full amenities. Just across the bridge is the old town, making the location very reasonable and worth the money. Compared to hotels in the old town, the price is much cheaper.

Review: We had a 3-day, 2-night business trip in Long Bien, booked the room through Agoda. We arrived early so we checked in early with an additional 30% of the room price. After that, the receptionist upgraded our room to the same floor^^. It was a great experience the hotel was very bright, charming, and vintage, so I recommend everyone to visit Hanoi!!!!

Review: The water heater is not working well, not hot enough for bathing, the hotel should improve this. Everything else is good, the room is still new, and the cleaning service is thorough.

Review: Breakfast is so bad , unhygienic and chef behaviour was rude, he was not ready to give breakfast. Just basic breakfast was lying on buffet that too witj flies.
