Review: we have a great time. thank you
Positive points: Location, breakfast and majority of stuff
Negative points: Carelessness of staff towards guests rests and peace of mind. As an example on 04/05/2025 at night as soon as we prepared ourselves for sleeping after a restless tour day, all of sudden strange and annoying noises started which disrupted our sleep. I tried several times to get red of that noise but without success, instead one of the staff shouted impolitely and ignored my request. The whole night we were awake as we were uncertain when this noise stop.nAt last that miserable night passed and after breakfast directly we decided to leave this hotel and for that I called the receptionist for porter help for the luggage, but in-spite of assurance that he is on they way but in reality no one showed up and ultimately my wife and I had to carry 5 pieces of luggage to the reception for check out were my driver came and took the luggage to the car.
Review: Good Hotel for Family staycation
Positive points: Location, staff and breakfast
Negative points: The Deluxe Garden View room I booked for three nights which stated to be 32 SM was so tight and no space at all as the whole area is occupied by the bed and the sofa. The worst was that the cloth cabinet area is in the bedroom which in my point of view not only disgusting but rather not hygienic.nI had no choice but to stay the first night as I arrived late but next day shifted to a suite which is perfectly appropriate.
Review: Overall good staynnPool should be open much longer since there is no other activities in the hotel.nnYou could have movie nights and relive trrrace area. Lacking bar and snacks options at the pool.nnBreakfast taste was ok, should be open longer since it’s resort not business hotel nnStaff very friendly and willing to help .nWould recommend it to my friends .
Positive points: All of it. Event to tiny details on building structure, very well thought. The name it self Botanica Sanctuary It very well translated in every details of this hotel.
Negative points: I think the rate could be more friendlier for locals.
