Review: The prices are reasonable, the rooms are clean and cool, there are staff to watch over the elephants, and there is a parking lot for cars. In short, if anyone has something to do, they can stop by and relax here. I will return to rent a room here when I need to.

Review: Water does not drain from the bathroom drain, making it a swimming pool. Only one person is allowed to shower per day.

Review: Convenient, the receptionist is enthusiastic and attentive, service is very good.
Positive points: I like the staff, were helpful, responsive, bed was comfortable, however the room had no window, and many dusts on the floor and on lights were there, location was good close to many shops and cafes, far from center, there were many sockets to use. cable TV available and AC was cold enough.
Negative points: there was a leakage of water in the toilet dropping from the roof, the lights were not all working and not comfortable, there was no hot water so much when taking shower

Positive points: Very nice and helpful staff. Clean, spacious and well-furnished room at a reasonable rate. Great location.
Negative points: The room is not soundproof. The mattress is still wrapped in plastic, which makes noise when you move around on bed.

Review: there is no hair dryer, water boiler . the water supply are very slow and was cut off during my stays.

Positive points: The room is very cleaned and comfortable. Elevator is available and delicious food surrounded. The price of room is cheap and close to Khai Nam Bus Statation. Motorbile is available for rental with 6$/day.
Negative points: Driking water is not included and only one sraff can speak English.
Review: There is a school next door. Some kids shout loud non stop during the day. The air con on the fourth floor is very noisy. And there is horn noise from the street. There are lots ants in the room.
Review: This hotel is a good value for money except the female staff asked for more money even just for a few minutes of overtime. The small rooms without window is not good, old and dirty ceiling. The big rooms with windows have better quality. 8th floor is accessible only by stairs from the 7th floor. However, the male staff are friendly and the housekeeper kept my power bank and charger when I left it so I’m very grateful to them.
