Positive points: The location is great if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Very good and local food and coffee places around. The old quarter is a quick grab ride away.

Negative points: When we arrived, we got a room without a window and a bathroom smelling of mold. When we asked to change rooms, we were told we had to wait until tomorrow. The new room was much better, but the bathroom was a swimming pool of urine. nVery hard beds, very thin pillows, and a very small blanket for two people. nDon't actually offer the services they advertise: empty toiletries, were sent to a laundromat to do our laundry, etc.

Negative points: Phòng nhỏ ngột ngạt. Các phòng ngăn cách nhau bởi 1 tấm rất mỏng, phòng bên cạnh mở đóng cửa là rung tâm ấy ồn cả phòng mình luôn. Đặt phòng trên app rồi đến nơi nv nói phòng hơi nhỏ up lên phòng to hơn thì thêm 150k mà thêm 150k xong phòng nhỏ kê vừa cái giường đôi, 1 lối đi và cái nhà vệ sinh. Nhà vsinh còn k coa gương. 2 ng ở nhưng có duy nhất 1 khăn tắm. Phòng bẩn và muỗi nhiều vô kể. Phòng bé nên rất bí. Với cái giá thêm 150k đó thì những nhà quanh đó rất nhiều mà sạch sẽ hơn. Lơz vào vì mình đang mệt nên ngại di chuyển sang ksan khác nên thôi coi như trải nghiệm k tốt để tránh.

Negative points: Phòng cũ, bẩn, không có tiện nghi gì. Nhà tắm không có gương, không có kệ để đồ, nước bị rò. Cửa ra không có khoá phụ. Khoá bấm tự động bật ra. Không có tủ lạnh, tủ quần áo thì cũ, bẩn. Quá thất vọng.

Positive points: Balcony rộng. Khóa cửa ra vào hiện đại.

Negative points: Bồn cầu hỏng bể chứa nước. Phải dùng chiếc vòi hoa sen bên cạnh để bơm nước vào mà qua đêm thì nước cũng chảy hết. Vòi hoa sen thì cũng cũ rỉ nước, điều chỉnh nhiệt độ khó.nKhông có nắp cống thoát nước mà chỉ là một cái lỗ. Sàn nhà dốc ngược ra ngoài nên đọng nước, nhờn, cặn bẩn. Trong phòng bui, không có chìa khóa phòng.nKhông biết do căn chính đầy phòng rồi hay sao mà chủ nhà đã cho mình qua căn khác cách đó vài trăm mét.

Review: I randomly found a homestay in Hanoi and thought the price was too cheap, so I was a bit suspicious. But when I arrived, it was very good. The rooms were clean and properly equipped with all necessary items. You can upgrade to a nicer room if you want. The management and staff were very enthusiastic.

Review: The homestay is very quiet and friendly, clean. It is located near the Old Quarter and shopping centers, with many delicious restaurants around. There is a beer restaurant right next door serving very good Hanoi draft beer. It is close to Tam Anh International Hospital, making it very convenient for anyone seeking medical treatment, and the room prices are very reasonable. The staff is attentive and enthusiastic.
