Review: I booked a double room from January 31st to February 5th through Agoda and my reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no double rooms available and the receptionist put me in a family room. On February 1st, the owner asked me to pay extra because I was taking a family room. They said that if I didn't pay the extra fee, I would have to vacate the property by February 3rd. In the end, they forced me to leave before my reservation was complete. This experience was very unprofessional and disappointing.
Positive points: Location add
Negative points: It was horrible, 4th floor with no elevator. The room was 6 meters. The window was bricked up. No natural light. No fresh air. Very noisy, no soundproofing. The shower barely worked. There was no fridge in the room, it was broken.
Review: Budget safe, good place but not clean
Positive points: We booked a bed in a mixed room, but the owner gave us a private room, that was very nice. The hotel is close to the beach, it was very good too.

Negative points: If you can avoid or cancel your reservation at Talofofo, please do so. The truth is that our experience has been horrible. We have been traveling for many days and we have always been happy, except here which has been deplorable, and for your information we are happy with very little. After they gave us the key and we had our room, the owner came to charge us for the stay past midnight when we were already sleeping, but it doesn't end here. The constant chatter of people throughout the night and the party was a spectacle. Finally, the thing that takes the podium was when there was no one at the hotel and we had to return the motorcycle keys (to retrieve the passport). We had to wait a long time and he didn't even apologize. We almost miss the plane. By the way, we also want you to know that the dust in the fans and the door lamps have all been accumulated over a decade.

I booked this hotel and regret (private room). I was fooled by the good reviews and and actually the reality totally opposite.
- I arrived just 2 hours before checkin time and the owner charged me 50000 VND extra just for 2 hours almost ! despite this is not mentioned in Agoda or Booking.
- Owner don't speak English at all and hard to communicate with him.
- Owner was not kind and not nice at all ! (to me)
- Despite it's mentioned in website that they accept paiement by credit/debit cards, the owner forced me to pay in Cash. I feel he was hidding the POS machine! not nice!! I had only little cash only that time I kept it for emergency.
- Room in 4th floor and not lift at all !
- Room was dirty really especially the bedsheets not clean, I swear I found lot of Hair in the bed. disgusting falling hair.
- Furniture very old and not clean...
+ the only good thing is the location only. not far from My khe beach.
Overall I don't recommend anyone to stay here. seriously!

- 5 minute walk to beach and super close to a lot of coffee shops. 2 houses down is a really good restaurant (tamarind tree).
Overall, good experience. I would say it was really good for the price.

Review: I stayed one night at the TALOFOFO hotel: the first thing I noticed was that the room was quite clean and airy. The great thing is the hotel's location is close to My Khe and My An beaches, just a 3-4 minute walk. The receptionist was friendly. I will recommend this hotel to my friends when they travel to Da Nang. Thank you very much!!!

Review: Firstly on Agoda the room is advertised as a hotel however the sign at the location is a hostel. My experience here was unpleasant as the owner attempted to charge me a fee to receive my room although I had already paid via the Agoda app, the following days were awkward after this dubious occurrence.
