Review: when i want to check in at 4 pm my rooms not ready, how come? at 11 am i already register my data dan the staf said their chek in time at 2 pm. when i arrive at 4 pm my room still not ready. really disapointed.naround 5 pm in 8 floor really dark because rainy and the light not turn on. nthe only plus point from this hotel only the location.
Positive points: gd location,nlook new hotel,ni reached s early s 6am inda mor so i gt no choice but hv to wait...but d staff help me to chk in@12sharp d earliest d cn do 4me,tx to em🤗

Positive points: We are party of 2 - myself 56 and my son 23 yo. We liked that the hotel is well-equipped for our 4 days 3 nights stay. It has the amenities we want. Location is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. The massage chairs at the lobby are excellent!! We enjoyed them very much. I used the gym and found it ok. Water dispenser at the gym is excellent addition to the hotel - appreciate the GO GREEN movement!!. TV showed US open tennis - a nice surprise!
Negative points: Bathroom floor at the shower place in room 205 is not good - water doesnt flow to the hole hence giving huge water pool in the bathroom, very dangerous. I have to ask towels to block the water from the shower place. It makes the showering experience not enjoyable at all. Luckily housekeeping staffs been very helpful to provide extra towels for the bathroom. The strong fragrance in the lobby close to the massage chair is also not to my liking. If only they can tone it down a bit, would have make our stay a perfect one!!.
