Positive points: Not much

Negative points: I was on the 3 floor and you could hear the family on the ground floor from my room and can’t understand why the place gets such high reviews as it was so noisy

Positive points: good location close to beach, places to walk to. Room was clean, with balcony, owner was nice enouigh to allow baggage storage since I arrived very early. For the price it is a great value since there was not much to compare.

Negative points: bathroom hot water pressue was very weak, floor got drenched, had to request sqeegee to keep it dry. Bed is very hard for those who have bad backs. Two power sockets in the room, nothing by the bed. COuld use more hangars.

Positive points: Elevator was helpful bringing luggage upstairs . Located on a quiet alley , close to the beach.

Negative points: No kettle !

Positive points: Good location. Clean facility. Comfy rooms. Many options for food, coffee, etc, nearby. Two blocks from the beach. Family is pleasant, living on the ground level. I'd stay again.

Positive points: Good location, near the street food area and the beach. House was like new and immaculate. Family was very nice and helpful in getting me transportation to the bus station for my next stop. Very good value

Negative points: Not easy to obtain information on things to do.

Positive points: Cannot say enough good things about this property. Everyone here is lovely and so kind, the room is cozy and so clean and comfortable! There is a really nice roof area to hang out and look out over the city and mountains and the homestay is in an optimal area right across from a beautiful beach with lots of restaurants around. If looking for somewhere to stay in Quy Nhon, stay here!
