Positive points: Địa điểm rất gần với Siam Center nên đi lại rất tiện, khách sạn còn có bổ sung thêm dịch vụ xe điện đưa đón nữa, staff rất nice

Review: The first impression was not great—the front desk area felt dark and outdated, with a yellow light that made it look quite old. The room itself was decent but had a musty smell when we first entered, and the noise from the nightlife outside made it difficult to sleep.

On the bright side, the pool on the 9th floor was stunning and offered a great view, and the gym was adequate for a quick workout. However, the service was lacking the front desk staff were unfriendly and even questioned us about our room number on the second night, which felt unnecessary and invasive.

Overall, while the hotel has some nice features, the outdated décor, noise issues, and questionable service left us disappointed. We expected better for the price we paid.
