Review: Right near the center, the room is very beautiful.
Positive points: Not at all
Negative points: Un professional receptionist. Lack of staff. Bad smell room (to heavy smoking smell), and no room to change. TV is not available. Bed cover and blanket were not clean

Had a bit of trouble at the beginning of my stay due to miscommunication.
Suggest to pay the fees and let the hotel know the arrival time in advance. If you arrive later than the 14:00 check-in time without letting them know of paying the hotel fees, they may think that you won't come and cancel your room.
The room is new, clean and fully equipped.

Review: Quickly resolve customer requests. The room is spacious, quite far from the central beach, however the price is reasonable, with a direct sea view.

The hotel is very spacious. There is plenty of parking space. Check-in and check-out are quick and efficient. There is an elevator.
The room is large, clean, comfortable, and the mattress is soft.
Negative points: Dịch vụ kém
Review: The hotel is located near the dining area, close to the center of Mong Cai. Although the hotel does not serve breakfast, this is not a major issue. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the decor is beautiful, and everything is kept clean. In summary, I will return here if I have the chance to travel or work in Mong Cai.
