Review: When we checked out, the staff at the counter said one towel is missing. We told them that no one would take their old towel and they can check our luggage all they wanted. At the end, they said it may be their mistake but refused to say sorry. Wasted 30 mins of our time. Quite rude and unreasonable staff.

Nice Ambience, Breakfast buffet is good. Staff are so friendly.

The staff was very nice and helpful, and I want to mention in particular ms hailey, her knowledge of the entire city and how to get around, what stops to take, her helpfulness, friendliness, and charisma are unparalleled.
We had Breakfast included in our stay and it was very impressive. There is a generous spread of both hot and cold food. I went for a few rounds of the breakfast and felt very satisfied.

Review: We had requested for early check in and upon reaching it wasn’t available and had to freshen up at common rest room, luggage was also not transferred to room after allocation had to carry all by our self.

Review: Sunny Ocean Hotel has a great location, close to many places to eat, beach, shops, coffee, and mini marts. Best banh mi directly across the road from hotel.

Staff were really nice and friendly. Pool on the roof was great.

Not too far to shopping mall, and Marble Mountains.

Positive points: From first arrival we were greeted by very pleasant staff, wonderful time especially with the help of Hailey!

We used the pools and gym in the morning, this was clean and warm.

The food was hot and cold buffet style breakfast, with all items replenished very quickly and tables cleared, cleaned and re-set straight away.
