This property has very professional & helpful staff. Two rental & laundry service available. Rooms are little bit congested and poor ventilation. Overall if you are budget travelers then this is best property for stay
Positive points: Very comfortable hotel near the beach. It's just 2 stars hotel, but it feels like more stars, definitely. Staff very friendly and enthusiastic, and they speak English enough to understand each other. I extended my stay here.
Negative points: Noise from elevator, noise from doors, noise from hall, from another rooms. Poor soundproofing, but at night mostly quiet so I can sleep well.

Review: If youre looking for a budget hotel, you cant go wrong with Sunflower Hotel 2. Got our overnight stay here for 148,000vnd thru Agoda promo. Expect not much but all the basic ameneties are provided here. Plus, the staff are very accommodating.

Review: Nonrefundable. Doesnt list that the cheap rate youre paying for is only for 2 hours at the hotel. They let you know after youve booked and tell you its non refundable.

Negative points: bad reception for my phone and the room television and water leak in the bathroom no food facility
