Review: Amazing customer service but not a good location. Quite a walk to get to the nearest convenience store. But everything else is great

Positive points: Loved the decor, comfort, atmosphere, food was above average and few dishes were outstanding, the staff was eager to help however some slight lost in translation moments, hotel was great about setting up scheduled events and tours, and especially loved both the massage theropist and the yoga instructor that came in from Lovinia to teach yoga/meditation class.

Review: Sun Suko is a haven of peace: it is beautifully decorated, the room is large and very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool is clean and the staff is very friendly. We stayed 5 days and were so glad we stayed at Sun Suko.

Positive points: Staff were polite and ready to accommodate. We ate at the hotel throughout our stay and food was great but had to wait a long time to be ready. Waking up to the sounds of the birds & farm animals behind our room was lovely.

Review: I enjoyed staying here. The pool is lovely and it was close to my dive shop. The food is okay. Lots of choices. The massage by Uli was the most amazing one I have had in Bali. I’ve had 6. It was very quiet when I was there.

Positive points: Beautiful place to relax and a quick walk or bike ride (free to use) to the beach and nearby restaurants. The team are lovely, food tasty and spa is fabulous

Positive points: The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Super clean and new furnishings. Had a total Balinese feel. The restaurant was excellent. Food was prepared to order and super fresh. Everything was delicious. Staff were great and super friendly. Pool was perfectly located and sparkling clean. They provide bicycles to go into town which is a short ride down a cool street.

Review: Such a beautiful and peaceful resort. The decor is stunning and you'll feel like your in the middle of nowhere because its so beautiful. But just a short walk you'll hit the main road with shops, restaurants and dive centres. And 5 mins more and you are on the beautiful beach.

If you don't want to leave, on site is the tranquil pool, tasty restaurant, best massage and spa, and even yoga classes. The staff are amazing and take time to know you and make your time amazing. And can also book tours and transfers.

Really amazing! Best sleep so far in Indonesia. Only feedback would be for a mirror in the room but really not an issue. The rooms are spacious and beautiful too :)

Review: Absolutely loved staying at Sun Suko. Facilities were excellent, food delicious (try the apple pie 👌), staff very friendly who went above and beyond. Helped us arrange scooters and snorkelling trips. If you are wanting somewhere to relax and switch off this is definitely the place. Would highly recommend!

Review: Bali has been open for three weeks so this review needs to take that into account. And up in NW Bali, it is off to a slower start. So, after two years of zero business, places are getting back into operations.

Two of our four night stay, we were the only guests. One night, three rooms were occupied and the other, two rooms. So running a restaurant is tough.

We loved the location, the mountain backdrop, the cleanliness and layout of the resort and the big rooms and big open bathrooms. The pool is awesome. You can hear locals practicing the gamelin behind the resort and off in the distance, the calling of the prayer, not intrusive in any way.

We thought the food was very expensive and not great. But previous reviews spoke well of the food so we put this down to the difficulties of getting things going again.

We felt well looked after and we would stay here again in the future.

Positive points: Sun Suko is a beautiful boutique hotel! The resort is beautifully decorated, and the overall effect is one of peace and calm. You can't help but relax here. The staff is wonderful! They went above and beyond and were always there with a smile on their faces, ready to answer any questions we had. Our room (Queen) was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There were extra touches as well - beach bags, coffee maker, small refrigerator, which made our stay that much more comfortable. The large bathroom had beautiful stonework and a gorgeous open-air shower brought the beauty of the outside in. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner over the course of our stay, and all of our meals were delicious - fresh, very tasty, made with local ingredients. There's plenty to do in Pemuteran, and the staff was great in arranging temple tours, snorkel trips to Manjangan Island (highly recommend), cars and drivers for longer trips, and giving directions. The resort also provides bikes for exploring in and around Pemuteran. They say time flies when you're having fun, which proved to be the case for our time at Sun Suko. Our week flew by. This is one of those places you don't forget!
