Positive points: We liked everything about this property: the host, location, cleanliness. Su greeted us immediately after our grab driver dropped us off from bus stop. She was super helpful. Can’t say enough about her. We rented mopeds from her & she told us all the best spots. My family of four had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Su’s apartment and concierge service. Totally intimate Vietnamese experience that wouldn’t be available from a large hotel.
Negative points: That I only stayed 3 nights. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Positive points:
Welcoming staff, at disposal, very open to meer our expectations ( for ex: very early arrival ! )

Building works next door.. impossible to enjoy the apartment during the working hourd.
Is temporaire but to know at short term.
To know also: school next door… as from 7h am.. ithos so paceful place n’exiles noisy.
Positive points: Amazing host, we feel like a part of a family!
Positive points: The rental was very affordable for a family of six people, which is hard to find in Da Lat.
Negative points: There was no air conditioner and only one fan, which is not enough for the multiple rooms.
Positive points: It was a clean apartment with excellent property owners. They helped us with everything that we needed to make our stay more comfortable.
Negative points: Not the best parking situation if you are traveling in a car, but the owners did their best to create parking spots when needed

Positive points: The hosts were amazing, they greeted us at checking to ensure we got settled in without any problems. They were really responsive to our questions, arranged laundry services for us, etc.
Negative points: Coming from the west, the beds were a little firmer than we're used to. There was one night that started off hotter, so it took a little bit for the space to cool off, but Air Conditioning is rare in dalat because the temperatures are pretty moderate year round and it was the only night we would have used it.
Positive points: Everything is good except for the location is little bit inside.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: It was very clean and the communication between the client and owner was very fast and clear. Also bought us some food since we arrived so early so that was a extra point for sure!
