Positive points: Very modern, cosy atmosphere. Room was lovely and clean and decor was very pretty. Staff very friendly. Close to the centre, very pretty walk across bridge.
Positive points: I liked the size of the apartment and the fact that it was close to the city centre. The communication with the host was also good and we got the keys easily when we arrived.
Negative points: They need to do a deep clean of the apartment. There were some dirty areas (mold in the shower, cutlery drawer in the kitchen, spiderwebs in corners). The remote control for the AC was not working, the lamp had broken wires, and the wall was damaged. I think if a bit of time was spend really cleaning this place and fixing some of the minor issues, it would make a big difference.
Review: Stay was good and was in the centre of city with a good city view but only problem there was a little damp smell in the room
Positive points: It’s clean, minimalistic and has excellent location. If you need just a place to sleep it’s great. Very clean a comfortable. Super friendly host. Very quiet because it is in a back alley.
Review: The apartment is located in a very good location. It is in District 4 nearby the central Ho Chi Minh. The house is so spacious, enough for us (6 persons) as there are 3 rooms. Also the security is very good. I notice the guards are so attentive and cautious to carefully watch for each apartment users. Finally, I need to say thank you for the host. He is helpful and actually a gentle considerate young guy. The home is highly recommended for large group.
Positive points: Everything was perfect with de apartment.
Positive points: The bed was comfortable, shower was nice and warm, the space was enough for a quick sleepover with only a few items. I liked the soft towels too, and managed to use one of the few parking spaces which made things easier.
Positive points: The location was great walking distance to mostly everything! The room was quiet and had a good air conditioning. Pretty small but that was ok. Staff were very helpful!
Positive points: Location was good and convenient. Room was large with a smart TV and functioning A/C. The hot water was great.
Negative points: The apartment was a bit dingy compared to the photos. The furniture was old and stained and the surfaces were dusty. The kitchen did not have enough utensils if we wanted to cook. The walls were very thin so there was a lot of noise. The bed was not very comfortable. The pool was pretty but had so many rules, I'm surprised you're allowed to swim. Check in with guards, no shoes, no drinks, no fun, no noise, no... everything. There were only 6 chairs to sit in. It was great if you like to listen to children screaming and splashing, but not for much else.
