Review: Very clean. good breakfast. The only thing that could be changed would be the door to the room has a fogged glass for the top half of the door. It lets too much of the hall light in at night while you are trying to sleep.

Negative points: very bad, the room was clean but the treatment was very bad. I checked in and the room's air conditioner was broken, the phone went down to the reception but no one answered, so the room was like a boiler, the air conditioner was not cold, when I went down I couldn't see the receptionist anywhere, in the morning I went down to check out and the male receptionist said it was my fault because I didn't go down to tell them to change the room, but I said I went down but no one saw me, no one answered the phone, the receptionist said the phone was broken. I was very angry so I said it was broken, how did you know if you didn't say anything, the air conditioner was broken and you blamed it on the customer for not reporting it to change the room, but when I went down there was no one, while now you blame it on the customer, is that the right way to handle it? I was angry and sat down on the chair, then a moment later he said he will report it to the manager and apologized to me , DO NOT COME to this place because it's very bad, the price is high, you guys should fix it, checked the problem again, not blamed the customer. poor quality. Male reception is bad . Really bad
Review: The pictures of the room are misleading. There is no bath tub, there is no patio area that is on the river/canal, there are not many outlets. It was clean and the complentry breakfast was great. I felt safe here.

Negative points: The noise cancelling is not good, I can hear voices from outside loudly

Review: Hotel is located next to the river so the view is nice. Room is decently clean but for the money, it’s good. Has Tv, mini fridge, and most important, AC. Staff are nice and willing to help. Walls are thin so expect to hear people talking in hallway and in next room. Overall, pretty solid.
