Positive points: The 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for a family of 5. There is a small convenience store in the basement which is nice. The location is good, nearby many malls. This was our 2nd stay. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space. Hotel staff is very friendly and was always helpful.

Review: Unfortunately, our recent staycation was below expectations. The building is quite old, and the condition of the room reflected that. Furniture was outdated with visible defects – for instance, the fridge couldn’t close properly and leaked brownish water, causing the floor to get wet. The table also had peeling wood.nnWe experienced long waits for the lift, which was inconvenient.nnAs for dining, we went to the restaurant on Day 1 around 4 PM, but most of the food was already gone with very little left to choose from. Breakfast the next morning was slightly better, though I’d rate it 4/10 – not many options available.nnA major concern was safety at the swimming pool. My child sustained a cut on the knee due to broken tiles on the pool surface. Within just 24 hours, I witnessed two children getting injured from the same issue.nnThe only highlight of our stay was the staff – they were kind, polite, and quick to respond.nnManagement really needs to address the restaurant service and, most importantly, the safety of the pool area.n

Positive points: There is everything for your long stay, ideal for long business trip. Mart and mall nearby is good. There is a pool, small gym and basket court for your relax time. The staff is supportive, Afita doing her great job to support us.

Review: Lokasi parkir di luar perlu jalan sekitar 5 menit, agak sulit jika hujan ( payung hrs menunggu bergantian ), jika pulang malam juga kuatir jln kaki sendirian dr parkiran ke hotel. Tdk ada valley. Hotel sdh perlu direnovasi baik lantai maupun furniture dan interiornya.

Review: Pertama, parkiran mobil kurang sehingga lokasi parkir di lapangan seberang jalan. nKedua, proses check-in lambat dengan alasan kamar sedang disiapkan. Saya datang jam 14.30 dan baru diberikan kunci jam 15.05 itupun dengan komplain keras ke reception. Banyak tamu (sekitar 6-8 keluarga) yang mengalami hal sama bahkan sampai menunggu 1 jam lebih.nKetiga, handuk kolam tidak disediakan sehingga harus bawa handuk dari kamar sehingga ketika balik ke kamar untuk mandi kondisi handuk sudah basah.
